Michael Gaietto, president of Capitol City Rental (CCR), is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and Tiffin University’s business program. He has been in the food service industry for over 30 years and as a young chef, won numerous medals and awards in culinary competitions including the prestigious Chef of the Year and Professionalism awards from the American Culinary Federation. He brings a firm understanding of presentation and can help you compliment your culinary delights with the finest of rental products. Michael understands the changing rental industry and will bring you not only the classics but new and exciting items that bring quality and service to his clients.
